Arsenal are considering a move to Shakhtar Donetsk's Mikhailo Modric?


Arsenal are reportedly focused on signing Shakhtar Donetsk striker Mikhailo Modric in the summer transfer window.

Arsenal have five new faces on their side so far this summer, with three of the new additions being considered attacking players.

Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira and Marquinhos have all joined the North Londoners, but manager Mikel Arteta recently said he wants to add more before the deadline.

according to mediafootthe Gunners identified Modric as a possible option to strengthen the team in the final third.

The 21-year-old midfielder still has four years to go on his contract, and the Premier League giants will have to pay at least €20m for his signature.

The youngster plays mostly on the left flank and made 26 appearances for Shakhtar Donetsk, where he scored two goals and scored nine assists.

The Ukrainian, who made his international debut in June, has appeared on five occasions for his country.
